You can give a room in your home a fresh country look with chair rail molding and wallpaper borders. Groupings on a blank wall make a nice country statement as well. I had mine installed 36 inches above the woodwork molding. You can find chair rail molding at your local Home Depot or Lowes, chose to paint or stain. I chose stain. Stain your molding let it dry. Adhere the borders first and apply molding above and below the border.
