Banana Nut Bread



Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
1/2 cup room tempt. butter (1 whole stick)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 table spoons whole milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven on 350 degrees

Beat softened butter and sugar together, add eggs, mashed banana and mix well. Then add dry ingredients, milk, and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Cool for at least 2 hours before cutting.
