The weather is already changing a bit slowly ushering in the season of Fall which is due to make its grand entrance in 10 days. I love the weather during the fall months, not too hot, not too cold, almost perfect sweater weather. In keeping with my love of decorating I joined the ranks of other decorators who have put up their fall decor. Fall is just a prelude to decorating for my favorite time of year. The time when I get to let my creativity shine in decking my halls for the Winter Holidays. If it were up to me I could go straight from September to November, lol!
My fall decor never gets a chance to really take root in my home because no sooner than it's put up it's time to take it down in a few short weeks making way for Holiday Splendor. I actually put up my fall stuff right before Labor day this year trying to give it a fair chance to be seen in my home since my Christmas decor dominates my home for well over 9 weeks verses the mere 4 weeks my fall stuff gets a chance to shine. The countdown is definitely on for I officially start assembling my Christmas displays October 31st every year, sometimes a wee bit sooner if the feeling hits me to hard. I have some new ideas this year already. I want to try and do something a little different this year. I don't know how much different it will be in degree but I plan on coming up with some new treats for the eyes of my family. Let me be the first to say 10 days early, Happy Fall Yall!!!!!!!!
