

I took a page out of one of my favorite, female Food Network cook's, Sandra Lee's {Semi-Homemade} book and opened a Jar of Spaghetti sauce, cut up some green peppers and onions, added a pound of hot italian sausage which I cut in circles, and all that was left was to add some fresh basil, oregano, salt and pepper and put my pot on the stove to simmer for an hour after which I will add my tomatoe paste and let it cook for another 15 minutes while my pasta boils, and dinner is served. My favorite beverage will accompany it and I am set for a filling, comforting meal to eat while I continue to watch more Christmas movies.

Okay, so I didnt wipe the edges of my plate off after sprinkling my pepper on top before taking the picture, lol, forgive me, it's sooooooooooooo good!
