I usually have a snowman theme going on in my home and they will make their appearance again this year as usually but I think I am going to mix in a cardinal theme this year. Last year I bought some ceramic cardinals for my table and the other day I picked up a cardinal designed Christmas runner for my table so I think I am gonna build on those two items and create a new theme. I am thumbing through Terry's Village catalog right now and they have some cardinal items including a tea server which I think I might purchase.
Yes I do sort of have a theme for the holidays....I do like to keep my snowmen in the kitchen. I've started adding more natural elements over the past three years...I'm adding cardinals, pine cones, snowballs....

The Cardinals I will add this year, found some Christmas balls with cardinals on them at the dollar tree the other day. I said great this I can add to my collection. The snowballs I have thought of previously every since I saw the snowball candles a couple years back. I hope when you decorate you will post some pictures over at cafemom for us to see.
