Only traces of Christmas remain. There is life after the holidays. I must say I hate to see the Holidays go. The warmth of the city with all its dazzling, twinkling lights, the people shopping and attending wintertime events with family, all the holiday shows the fill up the tv schedule channel by channel. I love it all. I try to keep the joy of Christmas in my spirit all the time. Even when Christmastime has pass my thoughts began to pivot in time anticipating the next coming holiday season.
Meanwhile, life gets back to normal as we try to keep warm during the winter months enjoying snowfalls and dreaming of springtime. Once spring arrives comes our anticipation for another family vacation together, days spent outdoors on the porch together enjoying one another's company, gardening and tending to my plants, and hot summer days looking for ways to get cool. All in all, the Lord is good, and each day a blessing. I love the life and family the Lord has given me and I am grateful each day that I can come to my blog and post my thoughts and adventures with you the visitors and followers of my Country Living Grandma Blog. God Bless you all!
Joy and Peace,
Sherri
