My Butter cake recipe (semi-homemade)

1 Box of yellow cake mix- ( I prefer Duncan Hines)

1 stick of butter (room temperature)

3 large eggs

1/4 cup whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon extract

2-3 tablespoons of white sugar

*Preheat the oven to 350

*Grease cake pan with vegetable oil and flour the pan

*In a large mixing bowl cream the stick of butter, eggs and sugar together

*Add vanilla and lemon extract

*Empty cake mix content in bowl them add the milk and hand mix til smooth

*Pour cake mix in tube cake pan and bake for 30-35 min.

*Add vanilla or chocalate icing if desired.
